Life coaching is not a ‘one size fits all’ approach to enabling people to have the life that they want. Some individuals find that after a few sessions they don’t need a full consultation on a regular basis. If this sounds like you then why not take advantage of LokoVita’s ‘Express Coaching’ service.
Express coaching is beneficial in a variety of circumstances.

Express coaching is not a substitute for life coaching and may not be suitable for every client’s needs. Its appropriateness will be agreed upon during a regular 60 minute consultation.
